1. Familiar with FNMA, FMC, and FHA guidelines and the industry standards.

2. Minimum experience of 1-year performing reviews on interior and exterior inspection for different property types.

2. Appraisal Placement Coordinator (20 Nos.)

1. At least 6 months of experience working with Appraisers onboarding, placing and chasing of Appraisal orders

2. Good Knowledge of working of Appraisal Management Companies and Appraisal cycle

3. Good Telephone etiquette

4. Excellent English comprehending skills and must have flawless grammar

5. Must be willing to work night shifts

6. Immediate joiners will be preferred

1. At least 2 years of US Title Search knowledge

2. Should have knowledge of Applications like Data Trace/ Tree, Title Point, Fidlar and Netroline 

3. Must be process-centric and should understand the VOC
